For the heck of it I weighed the zucchini and it was 4 1/2 pounds! They seem to grow overnight. I too prefer the smaller ones but some of them get away from me. A neighbor told me she slices them in half, takes out the seeds and puts a burger mixture in and bakes. Think I will have to try it.
